I am aware that I look like I've crawled out of that corner in the background after a rough night and decided to stick some shades on. I thought I would show you a more realistic/everyday side of me or should I say what i'm most comfortable in.

I'm into comfort because i'm always tired, life is tiring okay, not everyday wear heels and have a full face on. No but seriously ladies this outfit is just a dream to wear on a weekend especially after a night of consuming too many pornstar martini's and dancing all night. And all you want to do is be up and out the house and get a waffle and bacon breakfast (with maple syrup) and a large Startbucks (hazelnut latte). In my case get dragged around by my other half for food shopping in the Fenwicks food mall for some over priced bread. Yes this is sadly true and happens way too often (weeps).

See what I mean about me waffling?! ANYWAY I'm 5'3 and I got these in a small and they were slightly too long and baggy for me, it's always the case with H&M plus I've lost some weight so i'd probably get an XS next time. As you can tell already tell I love flares and pairing them with this oversize top and fluffy bag to mix up the textures and not to mention it's the quickest and easiest outfit ever. I'm a massive tomboy and I must say i'd choose this over my Jimmy Choos and a cakeface but each to their own.

Happy New Year and a big WELCOME back to my blog! Hope you've all had the best start to the year? If not it's don't worry it's only February. If you've visited my blog previously you will notice that i've made a few changes from the basic template?... I love it! It's not quiet where I want it to be but hey lets not get ahead of ourselves.

I am super excited to get back in the saddle after taking a well needed break, you know how it is. BUT I have a decided I want to give this my full attention and use it as an escape from my serious/busy life because I really do enjoy a good waffle-on and pictures, pictures in general just make me happy. Yes I really am that easily pleased.

I WILL be posting twice a month, one outfit post and other content such as my favourite's or essentials etc. I would love to post more but realistically I'm tied down with my jobsss (Phaedra Parks voice) and boy university isn't a joke either.

I promise you, you won't be disappointed. Looking forward to sharing more with you all.

GREETINGS pumpkins! Welcoming my favorite season, yes it has its pros and cons but i'm just here for the coats and boots honey. I'm not dressed accordingly but we seem to be getting the odd sun light here and there but not to be fooled it's still quiet chilly.. some may say i'm exaggerating but i'm African okay i'm fragile, forgive me.

Saw this jacket online, thought it was too pricey so I decided to think about it only to find out it sold out a few days later which I must say made me realize I actually NEEDED it. My mind was made up so I was a women on a mission searched everywhere for it and I eventually found it on the website again when my exact size became available (wipes forehead.) The jacket is from the SS15 collection, its very well made and the detail on it is impressive I just love it! I really wanted to pair the jacket with a simple but sophisticated shoe and these beauts did just that, brought from Luisaviaroma who never seem to disappoint. The soles are made from leather too which is just the icing on the cake perfect shade too for my melanin.

      HAPPY MONDAY! Hope your all having a kick ass start to the week! It' back to school for me    so I've literally rushed home to post this as I promised to get it posted by Sunday (BOOO! I know).

I've uploaded as many images as possible. The sunshine was literally playing hide and seek this day so I'm aware the colour contrast isn't consistent throughout the images. Stay focused and enjoy the rest of your week!

  HELLO! Patient souls! Hope your all having a SUPER Friday... because if we're being honest its long overdue and needless to say it's probably the best day of the week, YES?

I was actually supposed to post this look a few weeks ago but I've been caught up in this beautiful cycle called life. I've received a lot of good news and have a few exciting ventures coming my way as well as preparation for a few things which have required more of my attention(preventing me from posting when desired) but i'm here now and that's all that matters :-).

 I'm finally in that stage in my life now where i'm beginning to understand and grasp the meaning of life as well as self development/gratification. The journey is somewhat daunting but most importantly it's rewarding, we should always consider and keep in mind the end goal or result in everything we pursue. Positivity and Faith can go along long way, I always find i'm my own worst enemy (past tense) when it comes to believing in myself and this is what I'm working on. I always remind myself that 'Doubt kills more dreams than failure'. From my perspective to live a fruitful and satisfying life I'm required to take risks that others aren't willing to take, in order for me to progress and live a life that most people won't (depending on what you require from life). Most of the time these risks may mean sacrificing the "in things" to do in 2015 which don't fulfill you or have some sort of positive impact in your life. Basically do what makes YOU happy and own it at the same damn time! Happiness should be at the top of all our "Life Goals".

Anyway guys enough of me babbling on and THANK YOU for taking time to read this post.. My next post will be out next week so keep yo' eyes peeled.
